This role manages customer credit, master data, and KYC checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all credit processes. It offers the opportunity to grow into a Credit Analyst role, developing deeper expertise in credit risk assessment and financial analysis.

Description

  • Process and update customer master data, including new setups and changes.
  • Perform initial KYC checks and initiate credit assessments using automated systems.
  • Maintain customer credit records and monitor changes in financial status or risk.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Credit & Collections team.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects within Credit, Collections, and Financial Solutions.
  • Ensure all activities follow established Desk Top Procedures (DTPs).

Profile

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
  • Minimum two years' experience in credit, finance, or administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a persistent and professional attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently within established processes and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
