As a Charger Product Manager, you are passionate about EV mobility trends and understand customer needs. You work within the Charging Technology team to improve the charging experience for EV drivers across our pan-European network, with the goal of increasing customer conversion and retention. You decide which charging solutions are added to our portfolio, ensuring the best customer experience and supporting Allego’s long-term goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Select and manage hardware solutions for the charging portfolio;
• Collaborate with sales, project teams, and network operations;
• Translate market and customer needs into actionable insights;
• Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure results;
• Train colleagues on the solutions in your portfolio;
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and align external roadmaps with Allego’s internal technology planning.

Who you are:

• Results-driven, curious, and independent;
• Structured and able to meet deadlines;
• 5+ years of experience in product management;
• Able to analyze market trends and gaps and turn them into concrete solutions;
• Experience with functional requirements and product lifecycle management;
• A sparring partner for engineers and operations teams;
• Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus;
• Willing to travel internationally a few times per year;
• Available to work some days per week at the Arnhem office;
• Valid driver’s license B.
