Join the dynamic world of IT services and consulting as a Senior Accountmanager. In deze rol manage je strategische clienten en ontwikkel je nieuwe business binnen enterprise en upper mid-market. Role: Senior Accountmanager Professional Services
Location: Offices in Delft, Utrecht, Amsterdam, and more
Language: Dutch (fluent), English (professional)
WFH policy: Hybrid – mix of remote work and office/client visits

Role description:
Focused on larger and complex clients across enterprise and upper mid-market
You’ll manage a portfolio of existing strategic clients and develop new business
Target buyers: CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement and other senior stakeholders
Typical offering includes full-stack IT outsourcing, cloud migrations, service desk operations, and cybersecurity services
Deal sizes: €500k+ with multi-year contracts
Consultative and long-cycle sales (6+ months), often through RFP processes
Collaboration with Solution Architects, Bid Management, and Delivery teams
Strong emphasis on building trusted relationships and advising on long-term IT strategy
Must haves:
Proven track record in complex B2B IT services sales (5-15 years) (Think Xebia, Incentro, NAVARA, Ordina, etc)
Native/fluent Dutch speaker
Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, and cloud services
Consultative, strategic selling approach
Nice to haves:
Network within Dutch enterprise or public sector
Familiarity with ISO, NEN, or ITIL frameworks
Experience with public tenders or RFP management
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to €90K base (incl holiday) (NO commission, working on this, but can't promise when it will be there)
Company car or mobility allowance
