We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader who can lead their team to the top. 💪 This position operates in a 5-shift system. You will earn a salary starting from € 2,809 gross per month, depending on your experience.

Who you are

As a hands-on leader, you are comfortable working alongside your team while taking the lead. You are ambitious and always see opportunities for improvement. You help your team members perform at their best because delivering quality is very important to you! This role operates within a 5-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 - 15:00, 14:45 - 23:45, and 22:00 - 07:00. To be successful in this role, it is important that you...

• ..have a completed MBO-level education;
• ...have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar leading role;
• ...can communicate well and are stress-resistant.

What will you do

As an Assistant Team Leader, you are the right hand of the Team Leader and ensure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. You start your day with a meeting with your team and take care of the daily planning. Who should be where and what are today's goals? You'll schedule it and monitor the progress. You motivate your colleagues, coach them and make sure everyone enjoys their work. You also have conversations about their performance and their growth within the company. You have an important role in the success of the team, and you are proud of that!
