Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys practical work and takes pride in creating high-quality products? Then we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for a motivated production worker to strengthen our team.

Our client specializes in the production and supply of prefab concrete elements. Their product range is broad: from standard items to custom-made solutions in various colours. They are part of the BTE Group, a leading organization with multiple specialized concrete companies.

We welcome both starters and experienced workers.
There are two entry levels:

Entry level (starter):

• Motivation to learn and work in a production environment
• Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
• No experience required – we will train you!

Advanced level:

• 2–4 years of experience in the concrete industry
• VAPRO B certificate
• Forklift and/or hoisting certificate
• Technical insight and experience with reading drawings

• Salary €15.34 to €16.01 gross per hour (depending on experience)
• 25 vacation days + 12 additional reduction-of-working-hours (ADV) days
• 8% holiday allowance and a 3.5% year-end bonus
• Good pension plan
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way; beyond that a daily allowance applies)
• Ability to purchase products at a discount via Fiscfree®
• Training and development opportunities through the BTE Academy

You will be responsible for producing concrete products such as door sills, balcony slabs, lintels and cable ducts. Depending on your experience, your tasks will include:

• Preparing moulds, placing reinforcement and installing embedded components
• Pouring, compacting and finishing concrete products
• Constructing and modifying wooden moulds
• Operating production machines and resolving minor malfunctions
• Inspecting and releasing products for transport
• Working according to safety regulations and using PPE
• Identifying malfunctions and contributing to quality improvement
  
  You will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours:

• Early shift: 07:00 – 15:45
• Late shift: 10:15 – 19:00
• Overtime may occur, up to 21:00 at the latest
