Responsibilities as Senior Enterprise Account Manager
We are expanding internationally and looking for a true hunter. Someone who wins new clients, opens complex Decision Making Units (DMUs) in multiple countries, and independently closes high-value deals from €250,000 to €2,000,000.
In this role, multi-threaded engagement is essential: you build relationships at multiple levels simultaneously, from C level to technical, legal, and compliance teams. Ensuring deals keep moving and do not stall.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager in Cybersecurity
  • Develop and execute an international go-to-market strategy for strategic accounts
  • Lead the full enterprise sales process from qualification to contract
  • Manage RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements in regulated markets
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across C level, technical, and compliance teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Delivery
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecast records
  • Share market insights with Product and Architecture teams

Who we are looking for (Must-Haves)
This role is for experienced enterprise hunters. Only candidates who meet all of the following criteria will be considered.
  • 10–15 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • At least 5 years of proven hunter experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Telecom, or Software/Data
  • Proven track record in complex international deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience with RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and regulated markets
  • Consultative selling skills at executive level (C level engagement)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally (1–2 months per year)
  • Integrity and willingness to undergo screening/VOG
Note: This is not a consultative selling role. We are looking for someone who can open doors, navigate complex DMUs, and close enterprise deals at the highest level.

  • Variable bonus: OTE 50% of annual salary, uncapped for overperformance
