Penetration Tester

We are looking for a Pentester / Ethical Hacker to join a fast-growing, technically driven cybersecurity specialist organisation. • Conduct penetration tests on web applications, APIs, and network environments
• Test a variety of application stacks, including PHP, Java, and .NET
• Identify, exploit, and analyze security vulnerabilities
• Write clear, structured reports including risk analysis and remediation advice
• Discuss findings with clients and technical teams
• Apply scripting and automation to make testing more efficient and scalable
• Contribute ideas to improve testing methodologies, tooling, and internal processes
• Stay up to date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and innovations such as AI in security

• At least 2 years of experience as a penetration tester
• Experience testing multiple application platforms and network environments
• Strong knowledge of web security, network attacks, and common exploitation techniques
• Experience with or strong affinity for scripting and automation
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Knowledge of AI applications in security is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with clients and able to work largely independently
• Skilled in writing clear, professional reports
• Interested in process improvement and enhancing service quality
• Preferred certifications:
