• Manage the 360 Recruitment Cycle: from prospecting new clients to closing game-changing deals, you’ll manage the entire process.
• Be a Market Expert: Build your personal brand as the go-to consultant for Life Sciences recruitment.
• Lead the Hunt: Source top-tier candidates through strategic outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and our cutting-edge CRM.
• Seal the Deal: Present tailored solutions to clients and candidates, managing expectations and securing outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Drive Business Development: Target high-potential companies, build long-lasting relationships, and cement your position as their strategic partner.
• Mentor juniors: Share your expertise and guide junior consultants to elevate their performance.

We’re looking for bold, ambitious, and commercially sharp professionals with:

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience and a proven track record of smashing targets.
• A natural talent for building relationships and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, German, or Nordic languages (preferred but not essential).
