Communication & Copywriting Intern

Everyone wants something from young people: attention, votes, or for them to "behave". At Hear The Youth, we flip the mic. We don’t talk about the youth; we talk with them. We are building a space where young people are heard and recognized for their opinions.

As a Communication & Copywriting intern at Hear The Youth Agency, you are the voice of the collective. You don't just "write"; you translate raw opinions and cultural codes into stories that cut through the noise.

• Deep-Dive Interviews: Leading conversations with our panel members to extract the "main track" of youth culture.

• EditorialSharpness: Turning interviews and data into articles, newsletters, and scripts that are "smart but raw".

• BrandStrategy: Helping the agency turn insights into products and campaigns that hit culture.

• Marketing: Writing the copy for our own channels to ensure we never sound like "corporate adults".

• Bold: You speak truth with no filters, no apologies, and zero "fake slang".

• Curious: You don't just scroll; you dig, talk, and move.

• Communicative: You have a high proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• You’re available for a period of 5 months.
