About the function
The Operator A is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production line operates efficiently, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves performing basic production tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor machines and automated processes
- Track production, manage orders, and make adjustments
- Perform quality checks, including metal detection, and report issues
- Maintain order and safety on the line
- Guide and supervise line staff to ensure compliance
- Escalate any deviations
Working hours:
- Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00.
What we need- MBO level 2 work and thinking skills, with relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in the food production industry, quality standards (HACCP, BRC)
- Ability to operate and monitor machinery, handle production data, and perform quality checks
- Good proficiency in Dutch and/or English language

What we offer- Salary starting with €16,54 gross rate
- Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (max. €12.60 per day)
- +40% for work after 11:00 PM
- +100% allowance for work on Sundays
