In deze dynamische rol als Warehouse Administrative Assistant werk je midden in de dagelijkse logistiek en administratie. Je schakelt tussen facturatie, documentatie en ondersteuning van het warehouse, terwijl je gebruikmaakt van een telefoon en office computer van het bedrijf. a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team and grow with us in a fast-paced
environment.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on exposure to daily warehouse
operations.
• Handling invoices and billing
• Managing input (incoming) and output (outgoing) of goods
• Maintaining logistics and administrative documentation
• Coordinating with warehouse operations
• General office support
• Ensuring smooth information flow between warehouse and administration
Requirements
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Dutch or Spanish are a plus
• Valid work permit in the Netherlands (EU passport preferred)
• Must be based in Breda
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in logistics and warehouse operations
• On-site role in the warehouse office
• Company phone provided
• Office computer provided
• Full training and onboarding period
