Machine Operator 2- or 3-shifts

As a Machine Operator, you ensure that the production machines run smoothly. You will work together with colleagues in a modern production environment where meat products are manufactured. As a Machine Operator, you closely monitor product quality and maintain a safe and clean workplace.

What will you do?

• Operate and adjust production machines;
• Monitor product quality and maintain simple reports;
• Identify and resolve (or report) minor technical malfunctions;
• Work according to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP);
• Support colleagues and work together in a close-knit team.

Working hours

As a Machine Operator, you will work from Monday to Friday in a 2- or 3-shift system:

• Early shift: 05:45 - 14:15;
• Late shift: 13:45 - 22:15;
• Night shift: 21:45 - 06:15 (only for 3-shift work).

• Salary between €15.52 and €16.98 per hour excluding shift allowances, and up to €19.36 per hour including allowances;
• 14% shift allowance for 2-shift work and 20% shift allowance for 3-shift work;
• 25% overtime allowance for additional hours worked;
• Extra compensation up to €0.62 per hour for working in cooled environments;
• 8.33% holiday allowance and a 3.25% year-end bonus;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• Choice of weekly or 4-weekly salary payments;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance.

• You have some experience in production, for example as a production worker or operator;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system;
• You are willing to work in cooled environments.
