• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
• Delivering financial analyses and actionable business insights
• Advising management on investments, profitability and business cases
• Improving KPIs, margins and cost structures across the organization
• Driving financial process optimization and scalability initiatives

• BSc or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business control or financial management
• Strong knowledge of NL GAAP, IFRS and financial modeling
• Strategic, proactive and hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

• A strategic finance role with direct impact on business growth
