Technical Assembly Worker in Wijchen

We are looking for a Technical Production Worker for the SMART department who is responsible for preparing and assembling components onto new large structures. In this role, you will convert a bare chassis into a fully functional large structure, where precision and technical skills are essential.

As a Technical Assembly Worker within the SMART department, you are responsible for preparing and assembling various components onto new large structures. You work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts, as well as wood, to transform a bare chassis into a fully functional large structure in five steps. During the first weeks of your position, you will work under the guidance of an experienced colleague at one of the workstations, where you will assemble axles, braking systems, and floors, among other things, using various tools.

You begin your work with a focus on accurately and efficiently installing components according to technical specifications. You use your technical skills to support the assembly team and ensure that every part is correctly positioned and tested. The role requires a sense of responsibility and a high degree of precision, always prioritizing the quality of your work.

• Preparing and assembling various components on new large structures, working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical parts, and wood to convert a bare chassis into a fully functional large structure.
• Accurately installing components according to technical specifications, using various tools and techniques to ensure the quality and functionality of the large structures.
• Supporting the assembly team by correctly positioning and testing components, and ensuring the efficient and error-free execution of the assembly processes.
• Maintaining a high degree of precision and responsibility, continuously monitoring the quality of your work to meet established standards and specifications.

• Have a technical education; all disciplines are welcome.
• Have experience in a technical environment (a plus).
• Have a passion for tinkering and problem-solving.
• Communicate well; preferably in Dutch, but other languages are also welcome.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and place great value on quality.
• Work accurately and be able to read and understand technical documentation well.

• An attractive monthly salary between €3,110 and €3,491 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge;
