As a logistics worker, you are the crucial link that ensures ordered products reach the customer right on time. Depending on your unique skills, you will be assigned to a fitting warehouse department—whether that is as an order picker, warehouse assistant, or in the returns department.

What are you going to do?

As a versatile logistics worker, you may be responsible for a dynamic range of tasks, including:

Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and efficiently dispatching orders.

Quality Assurance: Performing thorough quality control and checking returned items.

Processing: Putting together and meticulously processing various customer orders.

What are we offering you?

Excellent Base Salary: €14.99 per hour (for employees aged 21 and over).

Amazing Shift Allowances: Earn €16.49/h (+10% after 7:00 PM), €18.74/h (+25% after midnight), €22.49/h (+50% on weekends), and €29.98/h (+100% on public holidays)!

Commuter Support: Travel expenses reimbursed (from 10 km up to a maximum of 50 km), plus accommodation and transport provided by the agency.

Job Security: The strong possibility of earning a direct contract with the client.

Who are you?

You feel completely at home working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You are open to challenges and eager to develop your skills. In addition:

You speak Dutch, English, or Polish sufficiently for workplace communication.

You are highly flexible, consistently punctual, and willing to work diverse shifts.

You are ready and willing to work in either Waalwijk or Tilburg.

You bring a positive attitude and a drive to grow within the logistics sector.

Experience: Background in warehouse or logistics centers is a must.

Orderpicking: Experience as an orderpicker is a big plus!

EPT Skills: Experience operating an EPT forklift.

Physical Fitness: You are energetic and ready for a physical job.

License: A valid Driving License is required.

Stability Matters: Candidates who have changed jobs more than 3 times in the last 6 months will not be considered.
