Order Picker - Albert Heijn

As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for quickly and accurately collecting products using a scanner, ensuring high quality and safety standards at all times. You'll work closely with team leaders, planners and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently

Salary & Benefits

• Base wage: €15.88 gross/hour
• Payment cycle: weekly payments
• Shift work: night shifts are possible depending on the workload
• Allowances:
• 150% pay for night shifts (22:00 - 06:00)
• 150% pay on Sundays

Accommodation & Transport

• Commute: FREE transport to work!
• Laundry: €3.50 per use
• Accommodation costs (per week, based on age):
• Age 18: €107.07/week
• Age 19: €118.26/week
• Age 20+: €159.81/week

Important: no advance payments or salary draws are provided by the agency. Please note that three payment delays for accommodation will lead to contract termination.

Arrival Procedure & Formalities

• Contract signing: expect around 50 minutes upon arrival at the office to sign contracts and complete all necessary legal formalities.
• Upfront payment: the candidate must pay for 1 week of accommodation in advance on the day of arrival at the office. The payment is processed securely via a digital payment link.
