Production Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a production line and ensuring daily production runs safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. You work closely with operators and production employees and act as the first point of contact on the shop floor. The Production Team Leader role requires leadership, responsibility and a strong focus on quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and supporting production employees;
• Monitoring quality, hygiene and food safety according to HACCP standards;
• Monitoring production processes and identifying deviations;
• Solving minor machine issues and supporting process improvements;
• Recording production data and reporting daily activities;
• Ensuring correct product labelling, traceability and sorting;
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

Working hours: Two-shift system. Working days: Monday to Friday.

• Salary between € 3,490 and € 3,885, including shift allowance of 14%;
• Direct contract with the company;
• 25% overtime allowance;
• Cold allowance depending on the working area;
• 8.33% holiday allowance and a 3.25% year-end bonus;
• Pension from your first working day;
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per km when using your own transport;
• Five minutes of paid hygiene preparation every working day;

• Experience in a production environment, for example as a Team Leader, Line Leader or Operator;
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations;
• A proactive, solution-oriented and responsible attitude;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
