As a Logistics Support Specialist, you are the key point of contact for customers and partners within a fast-growing international organization. As a Logistics Support Specialist, you are the key point of contact for customers and partners. You stay in control, think ahead, and ensure everything runs smoothly, even in high-pressure situations.
You act as the vital link between customers, operations, and carriers. Challenges? You see them as opportunities.
Omschrijving
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers (phone & email);
- Receive and process transport orders from start to finish;
- Monitor shipments and take action when needed;
- Identify disruptions and solve issues proactively;
- Advise customers on their logistics needs and think along with them;
- Ensure accurate and timely administration.
Profiel van kandidaat
You're someone who brings calm to busy situations and always stays one step ahead.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Ability to switch quickly and stay sharp under pressure;
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset;
- MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent;
- Experience or affinity with logistics / supply chain is a plus;
- Commercial mindset with an eye for opportunities;
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
