Als Digital Transformation Project Manager bij Highberg duik je in uitdagende projecten, van IT-governance tot digitale innovatie. As a Digital transformation project manager, no day is the same. You develop project and program plans, conduct environmental analyses, act as a results-oriented information advisor, or improve collaboration between various employees within a large organization in a project for which you are (co-)responsible. The topics with which you assist our clients in their transformation to an agile organization vary by project: from IT governance to data organization, process improvement, and digital innovation. This allows you to gain a lot of new knowledge in a short period. We utilize tailored methods such as (Scaled) Agile, PRINCE2, Agile Program Management, and MSP.
Even if you don’t have much experience leading projects, or if you do but lack substantial IT knowledge: let us know! - You enjoy working collaboratively with others, think in terms of solutions, and have a positive attitude.
- You have a sense of political-administrative situations and know how to communicate effectively.
- A completed HBO (Bachelor’s) or WO (Master’s) degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
- Several years of experience in ICT advisory or projects/programs, preferably in or with the public sector.
- Experience with (one or more of the) themes such as organizational consulting, data-driven work, LEAN, and design thinking is preferred.
