1. Conduct ongoing research and mapping of the European media landscape, with a focus on the Dutch market, including business, logistics, e-commerce, trade, and mainstream media; identify emerging media channels and develop effective media strategies.
2. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with journalists, editors, media partners, and KOLs, while serving as a key media contact for daily communication and media engagement activities.
3. Plan and execute paid editorial content, advertorials, press releases, case studies, white papers, and other corporate storytelling materials, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, commercial objectives, and overall communication strategies.
4. Manage end-to-end media and PR campaign execution, including content development, publishing coordination, newswire distribution, performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign evaluation.
5. Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, public sentiment, and industry trends through media listening and monitoring tools; provide regular insights, actionable recommendations, and support corporate reputation management.
6. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, public affairs, and regional stakeholders to support communication initiatives, media events, interviews, and media training activities.
7. Support the company’s overall PR and communication objectives with strong editorial judgment, storytelling ability, and experience managing both earned and paid media initiatives, preferably within B2B, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or technology industries.

Gevraagd

1. Native Dutch speaker with 4-8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations roles, preferably within B2B sectors such as logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or technology.
2. Demonstrated strong network and established relationships with Dutch media, including journalists, editors, and relevant industry and mainstream media outlets.
3. Proven experience in media relations and communications execution, including both earned and paid media initiatives, press content development, and media campaign management.
4. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
5. Strong advantage for candidates with additional pan-European media resources, Chinese language proficiency, and experience or familiarity with the logistics industry.
6. Preferred candidates are comfortable with media-facing responsibilities, including on-camera presence, hosting interviews or events, and public communication engagements.
