The job
As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support to our production departments. Your main goal is to improve production processes and support the introduction of new products.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Continuously improving and optimizing operational processes in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Efficiency, Capacity, and Technical Capability.
- Leading Process Improvement projects and creating organizational support for technical solutions, based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Approving changes on the shop floor (such as new components from new suppliers, new equipment, etc.).
- Supporting R&D in the development and industrialization of new products and technologies, including leading pilot productions.
We are looking for
- A background in Assembly Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering at a minimum bachelor’s level.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment (fine assembly).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- A background in optics is a plus.
