Process Engineer Precision Cleaning

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (starters are very welcome if you have the right mindset)
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemistry
• You can read and understand technical drawings
• Affinity with production environments and process improvement
• Experience in a cleanroom is nice to have
• You communicate easily in Dutch and English, both oral and written

• You think in processes and continuously look for improvements
• You are analytical and enjoy solving problems
• You communicate easily with different people across the organization
• You work in a structured way and keep a clear overview
• You are proactive, hands-on and a strong team player

As a Process Engineer, you make sure our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You play an important role in improving quality and making sure everything in our cleanroom processes is done the right way.

You’ll help introduce new processes, turn ideas into clear instructions, and make sure they actually work in practice. You won’t just design things from behind a desk — you’ll spend time on the work floor, working closely with operators and team leaders.

• Turning product specs into practical, efficient processes
• Thinking about the best workflow, workplace setup, tools and machines
• Writing and improving work instructions
• Keeping technical documentation up to date
• Spotting improvement opportunities and working with the team to implement them
• Thinking along about cycle times, costs and technical possibilities
• Monitoring processes, solving issues and making improvements
• Supporting and guiding operators and team leaders
• Improving workplaces, tools and process flows
• Joining discussions about production and process improvements
• Helping the team achieve production and quality goals
