The Animal Health division in Boxmeer focuses on the development, production and distribution of veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines, playing a crucial role in animal wellbeing worldwide. The Quality Master Data & Maintenance department supports GMP-compliant processes by ensuring the integrity of quality systems, master data and regulatory information across the organisation.
Your new role
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of quality-related data and regulatory information within quality systems such as SAP and LIMS. You will ensure that GMP-critical master data remains compliant with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Working closely with Qualified Persons, Operational Coaches and cross-functional teams, you will assess the impact of regulatory changes, maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will identify improvement opportunities and contribute to medium-complexity projects aimed at optimising quality processes and systems. As a QA associate, you ensure the timely and correct processing of regulatory changes in our quality systems (SAP, LIMS, MS Office) and you guarantee GMP compliance, working closely with Qualified Persons and the IPTs involved.

What you'll need to succeed

You hold a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences or a related discipline.You have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and possess strong knowledge of quality systems, master data management and documentation practices (GDocP).Experience with SAP is essential, while familiarity with LIMS is highly preferred.You are an excellent communicator in both Dutch and English, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability and attention to detail are key to success in this role.Experience with batch record review, document control systems, quality auditing and QMS systems.Fluency in Dutch.What you'll get in return
