Logistics coordinator

the logistics professional who ensures that international shipments and project materials arrive at the right place, at the right time?

In this role you will coordinate and manage logistics processes related to industrial equipment and project deliveries. You will ensure that materials, equipment and finished systems are transported efficiently and delivered on time to production facilities and project sites worldwide.

Your responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating domestic and international transport (sea, air and road freight)
Maintaining close contact with freight forwarders, logistics providers and transport companies
Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment
Proactively resolving logistics issues or delays
Preparing and verifying export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin
Coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Ensuring shipments comply with international trade regulations and export requirements
Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods for manufacturing projects
Ensuring efficient material flow between warehouse, workshop and project teams
Verifying packaging and preparing equipment and project units for international shipment
Tracking shipments and maintaining logistics data in ERP systems
Verifying transport documentation and freight invoices
Providing shipment status updates to project and operations teams

Gevraagd

You arrange
MBO+ or Bachelor level working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
At least 3 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination
Experience with international shipping and export documentation
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
Experience working in industrial or project-based environments
