In this versatile and practice-oriented role, you play a key part in ensuring product quality, improving processes, and driving operational excellence at our locations.
You work closely with multidisciplinary teams, combining scientific analysis, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement methodologies to raise quality standards, mitigate risks, and optimize performance.
You support the implementation of quality and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies across various operational departments, conduct root cause analyses, realize process improvements, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations and internal quality standards. Additionally, you contribute to a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration between different departments and contributing to the success of our QC and CI programs.

About you:
You have experience in Quality Control or Continuous Improvement, for example in a laboratory or production environment.
Ideally, you have an education or background in the life sciences, a natural science field, or engineering.
You are flexible and can easily switch between different tasks and projects. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse teams, departments, and disciplines.
You are proactive, process-oriented, and curious. You ask questions such as what, why, and how, and have a strong drive to continuously improve processes. You investigate problems thoroughly and come up with sustainable solutions.
You have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, and process mapping. Ideally, you possess a Yellow Belt certification, and perhaps even a Green Belt. You will work closely with a project leader who is Black Belt certified - within our organization, we even have a Master Black Belt.
Due to the nature of this position, it is important that you have a professional working level of proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Location & Employment Conditions:
You will work full-time (38 hours per week) at our location near Horst (Limburg), from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.

- A starting salary of €3,473 gross per month (or more, depending on experience).
