Process Engineer HQ Pack

• HBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in process improvements or relevant internship preferred
• Strong technical insight and a proactive mindset
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus) or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Ridder, SAP)
• Knowledge of or experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, 5M, and OEE methodologies
• Fluent in English (required); Dutch is a strong plus

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications and translate them into efficient production processes, including the design and optimization of workplace layouts, workflows, tooling, and machine utilization
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and technical documentation
• Provides input on process parameters such as technical capabilities of machines and other equipment
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams while leading and supporting process improvement initiatives in collaboration with shift leaders and team leads
• Monitor process performance metrics (e.g., cycle times, throughput efficiency)
• Act as a liaison between production, engineering, planning, purchasing, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations
