Production Employee - Metal

As a Production Employee, you are an important part of the production process. You work with machines, materials and finished products. You keep things moving and make sure everything meets the required quality standards.

Your day is varied. You supply materials, operate production machines and remove finished products. You also bundle products, check orders and help solve minor malfunctions. You keep your workplace clean and support maintenance when needed.

You work closely with your team leader and colleagues. Together, you make sure production in Nieuwleusen runs safely and efficiently.

You will join a production company in Nieuwleusen that specializes in sheet metal processing. The company supplies metal products to large clients and works with short communication lines.

The working environment is practical and down-to-earth. Quality and safety are important, but so is teamwork. You will work with colleagues in a team where clear communication is key.

• A salary of €15 to €17 gross per hour.
