Most of our team started without any tech background either. You'll earn up to **€3,200 gross per month** while learning everything on the job. Within time, they're running equipment, spotting problems and training newcomers. That could be you. All you need is the willingness to roll up your sleeves and push through.
What your working day looks like:
- Keeping machines dialled in and running smoothly so production never misses a step.
- Staying one step ahead, picking up on issues before they have a chance to escalate.
- Owning routine maintenance and small repairs without waiting to be asked.
- Standing shoulder to shoulder with your team to get the most out of every shift.
What you need to bring:
- You think and work at MBO level.
- Three-shift schedules, nights and all, are something you take in your stride.
- You put your point across clearly and with confidence in English.
- You make the people around you better and never hold back when you have something to say.
- A valid driver's licence and your own way of getting there.
