• Experience working with SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Experience in a customer service or logistics support role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• A background in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is an advantage
• A strong command of English
• Good communication and organizational skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Dutch language skills are a plus but not required.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.30
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre

What will you do?
As a Customer Service Officer at Arvato, you are at the heart of the logistics operation. You ensure shipments move smoothly, customers stay informed, and logistics processes run efficiently. No two days are the same as you coordinate with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams in an international and fast-paced environment.

Combining administration, communication, and problem-solving, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while keeping operations on track.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately
• Welcome and assist drivers at the driver desk, ensuring efficient arrivals and departures
• Manage, maintain, and digitise logistics documentation
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person
• Support daily warehouse administration and operational activities
• Work with SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems to monitor logistics processes
• Ensure accurate data management and process control
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve operational challenges
