What will you be doing?
As a Production Material Prepper, you act as the connection between the Warehouse and Production departments. You ensure that materials, components and consumables are available exactly when needed and that finished products and waste streams are processed correctly. In this role, you will be at the heart of the production operation and play a key role in ensuring that production lines receive the right materials on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and accuracy.This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in logistics, warehousing, production support or material handling who are looking to work in a modern, international and highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities include:

Material Preparation
• Verifying production orders and materials before production starts
• Checking materials for accuracy, identity and quality
• Supporting administrative activities and documentation
• Entering and processing data in warehouse and manufacturing systems
• Ensuring compliance with quality and operational procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Goods Movements
• Transporting materials from warehouse to production
• Supplying production lines with materials and consumables
• Moving finished products and waste materials to designated locations
• Supporting an efficient and uninterrupted production process
• Working closely with operators, line leads and warehouse teams

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production support or manufacturing
• Good level of English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working with computer systems and administrative processes
• Accurate, structured and quality-focused way of working
• Able to perform physically active workTeam player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Nice to Have
• Experience within food, pharmaceutical, chemical or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, MES or ERP systems
• Experience with material handling and inventory processes
• Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
