Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work across the full ML lifecycle - from experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement. You will, among other things, work with:

• Developing machine learning models using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
• Modeling structured data using tree-based algorithms
• Performing advanced feature engineering
• Applying statistics, hypothesis testing, and probability theory to validate results
• Working with optimization algorithms to improve model performance
• Testing, verifying, and ensuring the robustness of ML models
• Operationalizing machine learning solutions in production environments
• Building and maintaining ML pipelines, including model versioning and experiment tracking
• Implementing CI/CD for machine learning and automated retraining workflows
• Making models production-ready and accessible through APIs
• Working with Azure Machine Learning Studio
• Developing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models
• Designing strategies for chunking and embeddings
• Working with vector databases
• Using Git for version control and collaboration

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to building scalable and maintainable ML solutions that fit business needs and create long‑term value.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
• Solid experience in modeling structured data, particularly with tree-based algorithms
• Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and probability theory
• Experience with ML operationalization, pipelines, CI/CD, and automated retraining
• Experience working with Azure Machine Learning Studio
• Knowledge of RAG models, embeddings, chunking strategies, and vector databases
• Experience with model versioning, experiment tracking, and API-based deployments
• Strong skills in testing and validating machine learning models
• Experience using Git
