Grower Hydrangea

What you'll be doing
As a Cultivation Worker, you will be responsible for caring for the crops and contributing to the entire cultivation process. Together with two colleagues, you will ensure that the plants grow under the best possible conditions and achieve the highest quality.
In addition to growing hydrangeas, you will also help care for other plants, such as poinsettias and spray chrysanthemums.
You will work in a calm environment and receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills within crop cultivation.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Caring for and monitoring the plants
• Assisting with watering and climate control
• Identifying and resolving cultivation-related problems

The ideal candidate

• Is interested in plants and cultivation processes
• Is motivated and enthusiastic
• Is willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Has a good understanding of how to create the right growing conditions
• Has a spraying license or is willing to obtain one
• Speaks Dutch or English
