Shift Leader Quality Food 3-Shifts

Are you a natural leader with an eye for quality and do you enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Shift Leader Quality. In this role, you will lead the quality team and ensure that products meet the required quality and food safety standards.

What will you do?

• Lead and support the quality team during daily operations;
• Monitor and maintain product quality;
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are followed;
• Identify quality deviations and discuss them with the relevant colleagues;
• Assess products according to applicable quality requirements;
• Process quality information and prepare reports;
• Guide and coach employees during their daily activities;
• Monitor quality during production and packaging processes;
• Perform final quality checks when required;
• Work closely with different departments within the organization;
• dentify areas for improvement and contribute to solutions;
• Discuss quality points and improvements during team meetings.

What will you bring

• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within production or quality;
• Experience in the food industry is a plus;
• Strong eye for quality and attention to detail;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude;
• Experience in guiding and coaching employees;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
• Good command of the English language;
• Dutch is a plus.
