Production Team Leader Food 2 Shifts

Are you an experienced production leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to strengthen the production team.

What will you do?

• Lead, motivate and support the production team;
• Organize and monitor daily production activities;
• Ensure production targets are achieved;
• Monitor product quality and production processes;
• Coach and support employees in their daily work;
• Identify and solve problems during production;
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed;
• Communicate with colleagues and other departments;
• Contribute to improvements in the production process;
• Monitor the performance and progress of the team.

What will you bring

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within production;
• Experience in the food industry is a plus;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• A hands-on and proactive attitude;
• Ability to motivate and coach employees;
• A structured and results-oriented approach;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) and Polish are required;
• Dutch is a plus.
