What will you do?

• Operate and monitor production machines;
• Set up and adjust machines when necessary;
• Monitor the quality and performance of the production line;
• Identify and report deviations or technical issues;
• Solve minor machine problems where possible;
• Support and guide colleagues on the production line;
• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks;
• Ensure a safe, clean and organized workplace;
• Help ensure production targets are achieved

What will you bring?

• A proactive and hands-on attitude;
• Affinity with machines and production;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to remain calm and keep an overview during busy periods;
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
• Experience as a Machine Operator is a plus;
• English or Polish at B1 level is required;
