Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for the sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials and packaging components in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure quality and compliance requirements are met while working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sampling, inspection, review, and approval of incoming materials, including printed and non-printed packaging components
- Ensure all incoming materials meet procedural and quality requirements for release
- Collect data and communicate with internal teams or suppliers to resolve issues or deviations
- Perform additional sampling and damage inspections on received components as needed
- Provide quality oversight during the receipt and inspection of components to maintain compliance and standards
Requirements
- MBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum three years in Quality Assurance or Control)
- Familiarity with GMP and GDP principles and their practical application
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with digital systems such as ERP (SAP) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Other Information
- Fully onsite in Breda
- 24 hours per week initially (3 days per week)
- Candidate can choose 2 of their working days
- Friday is mandatory, as this is the busiest day for incoming deliveries
- Working hours are generally around 08:30-17:00, with some flexibility
