Roof Tile Operator

On an average workday, you’ll keep a close eye on the entire production process. You’ll operate, set up, and convert installations, spot malfunctions, and resolve them either independently or together with the Technical Service team. You’ll also perform minor maintenance, monitor product quality, and ensure a safe and tidy workplace. You will work in a fixed 3-shift pattern: 3 early shifts, 3 late shifts, followed by 3 days off. This schedule gives you clear structure and regular long weekends.

• You quickly spot malfunctions and can solve minor issues independently

• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is helpful but not required

• A gross monthly salary between €2,831 and €3,149
• 28.57% shift allowance on all worked hours
• Average of 36.84 hours per week, with additional leave included in the schedule
• Fixed 3-shift schedule: 3 early shifts, 3 late shifts, 3 days off
