Warehouse Team Leader

• Completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Knowledge of logistics processes and safety guidelines
• Familiarity with performance management and working with KPIs
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably SAP WM, is a plus
• Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is an advantage
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement is a bonus

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• Direct contract with our client
• Work in day shifts (40 hours per week)
