Productionworker | Flexible Shifts in Arkel

As a production worker in Arkel, you’ll get the chance to learn the trade from A to Z. You’ll receive thorough training from your colleagues in a friendly team of 8 to 14 people. Together, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You’ll work in a 2- or 3-shift system, which means you can work mornings, afternoons, or nights. What’s unique about this role is that every week you can submit your availability—so you decide when you want to work!

Your tasks are nice and varied: packing products, adding caps or lids, monitoring the production line, and keeping your workspace tidy. Every two hours you’ll switch stations, keeping your day dynamic with a mix of sitting and standing work. You’ll also help out in other areas when needed.

• Salary up to €3,303 per month based on 40 hours (including shift allowance)
• Base salary of €2,598 per month (excluding allowances)
• Shift allowance of 13% for morning/afternoon or 27% for night shifts
