Lead a global hydraulics business with full P&L responsibility Drive profitable growth, OEM partnerships, product innovation and operational excellence in a complex international environment.
In this role you will lead a strategically important global business in hydraulic solutions for commercial vehicle and construction-related applications. You will have full responsibility for strategy, financial performance, organisation and market development. Working with senior group leadership and colleagues across multiple geographies, you will build growth, improve performance and strengthen customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Set and implement the business strategy for an international product portfolio
- Lead commercial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, investment priorities and working capital
- Develop strategic customer and partner relationships with OEMs and channel partners in mobile equipment, transport, industrial machinery and related professional markets.
- Guide product management, engineering and innovation activities in response to market developments
- Improve product quality, delivery performance, competitiveness and speed to market
- Lead operational-improvement initiatives across the value chain
- Build and develop an effective international leadership team
- Work successfully across functions, regions and cultures within a matrix environment

You bring:
- Senior general management experience with full P&L responsibility
- Strong experience in hydraulics, construction equipment or a related technical sector
- A record of improving growth, profitability and organisational effectiveness
- Deep understanding of OEM-sales key account management and long-term customer partnerships
- Experience in product portfolio management, R&D cooperation and innovation-led growth
- The ability to lead international and cross-functional teams
- Professional fluency in English and preferably Dutch
- Willingness to be located in the Netherlands and travel internationally
