Operator Tilburg

You’ll be responsible for the production process, setting up machines, checking batches and keeping an eye on quality.

You’ll be trained on the job. In the beginning, you’ll work alongside an experienced colleague and learn the process step by step, from setting up machines and preparing batches to cleaning the equipment. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility and run the process independently.

• Previous experience as an operator is a plus, but not essential. What matters more is that you can think logically and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Clear communication in English
• The role involves a significant amount of physical work. You’ll be working with raw materials and regularly handling bags of up to around 25 kg, so it’s important that you’re used to this and can sustain it over time.

• Salary up to €3.200/month (including 21.5% shift allowance).

You’ll be joining a specialised company in the food industry, focused on blending and repacking food ingredients for both national and international clients. t’s a family company in Tilburg with about 50 employees.
