What will you do?

As a Technical Support Operator

, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of machinery and installations within your area of responsibility. You will help ensure that logistics processes run efficiently and that technical issues are resolved quickly.

Samsung continuously invests in new technologies to improve its logistics processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and controlling machine settings, including packing machines, AGVs and stacking robots
• Solving minor technical irregularities
• Contacting vendors to request support in case of defects
• Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Managing spare parts on-site
• Managing the on-site toolbox
• Reporting issues to Facility Supervisors

Aanbod

• Starting pay from €16.16 gross per hour for candidates aged 21 and over
• 8% holiday allowance
• Pension plan from the start of employment
• 30% shift allowance for eligible hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• 50% allowance for Saturdays
• Travel compensation of €0.23 per kilometre, up to €13.80 per day
