As a Senior Process Engineer Hybrid & Printed Electronics, you work at the intersection of materials science, process technology, and microelectronics. You bridge the gap between advanced research and practical manufacturing. In close collaboration with international industrial, medical, and defense clients, you translate innovative concepts into robust, scalable production processes.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing, optimizing, and integrating printing, interconnecting, and assembly processes for hybrid electronics.
- Enabling seamless hybrid integration of conventional components (such as chips and LEDs) with flexible printed functionality.
- Overcoming complex upscaling and manufacturing challenges, including equipment and tooling design.
- Taking technical process ownership in collaborative international projects while guiding manufacturing towards target volumes.
- You hold a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- You have at least 5 years of professional process engineering or operational experience in microelectronics manufacturing.
- You possess full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- You have proven experience leading technical process work within collaborative projects alongside industrial partners.
