Catering Employee at Johnny River

As a catering employee, you’ll work together with a small, close-knit team of four colleagues to ensure that everything around lunchtime runs smoothly and that our guests receive a warm welcome. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing lunch and banqueting: making sandwiches, cutting vegetables and preparing salads.
• Running the lunch service: you’ll be the point of contact for our guests, operate the cash register and make sure the buffets are fully stocked.
• After lunch, you’ll make sure everything is cleared away, washed and left clean and tidy for the next day.

Your working hours

You’ll work Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. So your evenings and weekends are free!

• You’re friendly, welcoming, presentable and always up for a chat;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You’re fit enough to stay active throughout the day - walking, lifting, cleaning, you’ll be doing it all!

• A gross hourly salary between €14.99 and €16.87, in accordance with the hospitality industry collective labour agreement (CAO);
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 days of annual leave and, of course, a pension plan;
• An attractive travel allowance: from 10 km onwards, you’ll receive €0.23 per kilometre;
• A contract that matches your preferences and availability. If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’d be happy to explore a permanent contract with you;
