Foreman

For our client in the Tiel region, we are looking for an enthusiastic working foreman for shift work. You'll be working at an international company specialized in the production of fruit juices. In this role, you ensure that orders are picked correctly and on time, so that the logistics process runs smoothly.

As a working shift foreman, you're active both on the work floor and responsible for leading your team. You ensure that work runs smoothly and that internal logistics remain well organized. Your tasks include:

• Moving pallets, crates, and cardboard.
• Helping operate the forklift and supporting daily activities.
• Leading and supporting your team and maintaining a good working atmosphere.
• Being the first point of contact for questions and minor issues.
• Setting priorities in a dynamic work environment and responding quickly to disruptions.
• Making decisions when necessary, so the production process can continue as smoothly as possible.
• Overseeing correct registration of barrels, pallets, crates, and other internal goods flows.
• Working Monday through Friday, in one of two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to midnight.

• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Valid forklift and reach truck certificate.
• Relevant work experience in logistics and experience leading colleagues.
• A responsible and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts.

As a working shift foreman, you can count on:

• A gross hourly wage between €16.48 and €19.62, depending on experience.
• A shift allowance of 8.75%.
• 34.5 vacation days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 4.25%.
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
• Discount on the company's own product range.
• Pension accrual according to the CLA for the Fruit and Vegetable Processing Industry.
