As a Operator, you and your colleagues make sure that the production process runs smoothly. You will work with modern machines and help produce high-quality wooden pallets.

As a Operator, you and your colleagues make sure that the production process runs smoothly. You will work with modern machines and help produce high-quality wooden pallets. Your main responsibilities include:

• Starting up the machines together with your colleagues;
• Filling and refilling the machines with wood on time;
• Checking the quality of the pallets produced;
• Identifying and correcting minor defects;
• Monitoring the production process;
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe.

Every day is different. You will be physically active, work closely with your team and see the results of your work immediately. Do you want to develop yourself further? There are plenty of opportunities to grow into an Operator position.

You will work either:

• Day shifts: 06:00 to 15:30, four days per week; or
• Two shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 23:00.

To be successful in this position, you are motivated, reliable and comfortable working in a physical production environment. You are also:

• Experienced in a production environment;
• Enthusiastic, reliable and motivated;
• Comfortable with practical, hands-on work;
• Accurate and quality-focused;
• Willing to work day shifts or two shifts;
• Able to speak Dutch or good English;
• Comfortable working as part of an informal team.

Production experience is an advantage, but your motivation and willingness to work are just as important to us.
