Logistics Process Supervisor - Zaltbommel

We are looking for several Process Supervisors for a well-established company in the installation industry. Our client is one of the largest suppliers of sanitary products in the Netherlands and also offers an extensive range of heating, ventilation and electrical products.

With its head office in Zaltbommel, four distribution centres, 60 express collection points and 20 showrooms, the company operates nationwide. Its range includes more than 150,000 products, mainly supplied to small and medium-sized installation companies. As a Process Supervisor, you ensure that daily logistics operations run smoothly. In return, you can earn up to €3,300 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week.

• Lead, coach and motivate logistics employees.
• Actively participate in daily warehouse operations.
• Oversee activities across different departments, including inbound, outbound, order picking and dispatch.
• Identify bottlenecks and take action in good time.
• Reallocate employees when workload or operational requirements change.
• Monitor productivity, quality, working hours and safety.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and coordinate with supervisors and other departments.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are looking for three Process Supervisors to work the following shifts: 08:00-17:00, 13:00-22:00 or 15:00-00:00.

• Extensive experience in the logistics sector.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes.
• Experience leading or supervising employees is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• You remain calm under pressure, make decisions confidently and focus on practical solutions.

• A gross monthly salary of up to €3,300 based on a 40-hour working week.
• An additional 25% payment for overtime hours.
• Travel allowance from the first kilometre.
