Job Description
For our client in Breda, we are looking for a Clinical Packaging & Labelling Operator (GMP) to join a dedicated team responsible for manual labelling, packaging, and assembly activities for clinical trial materials. The role is hands-on and detail-focused, with work carried out mainly at room temperature and occasionally in cold-room conditions (2-8°C). Accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility are essential.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual clinical labelling and packaging activities according to SOPs and quality guidelines
- Work with trial-specific configurations, ensuring every packaging step is performed correctly and documented properly
- Support packaging operations in both room temperature and cold-room environments when required
- Take ownership of daily tasks and results within their working area, focusing on right-first-time execution
- Escalate issues when necessary and contribute to smooth, compliant operations
- Complete all assigned trainings in line with the training plan and required timelines
- Carry out batch-related logistics activities linked to packaging operations
- Actively look for improvements and efficiency opportunities in processes and ways of working
Requirements
- Experience in a manual packaging environment (preferably within pharma or another GMP/GDP-regulated setting)
- Comfortable working in a strongly regulated quality environment with a high level of documentation and precision
- Quality- and performance-driven, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with clear communication skills
- Able to work accurately, efficiently, and stay effective when priorities change
- Experience with SAP and/or MES is an advantage

This is an on-site role based in Breda, Netherlands, working in a collaborative day-shift team environment where careful handling and attention to detail directly supports clinical trial patients.
