Senior QA Specialist - Quality Systems & Process Improvement

Role Description
As a Senior QA Specialist - Quality Systems & Process Improvement, you will strengthen and optimise quality systems, processes, and documentation within a dynamic production environment. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation during an SAP system transition while driving improvements across Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities
- Identify, initiate, and implement quality and process improvement initiatives within QA.
- Optimise quality management systems and document control processes, including the Document Management System (DMS).
- Support the QA organisation throughout the SAP system implementation and transition.
- Coordinate QA activities across multiple departments and ensure effective collaboration.
- Work closely with Production, Technology, R&D, and other supporting functions.
- Advise stakeholders on quality-related matters, process improvements, and compliance.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within existing processes.
- Translate findings into structured action plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Support the further professionalisation and standardisation of quality processes.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a regulated food production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, document management, and process optimisation.
- Experience supporting system implementations or transitions, preferably involving SAP.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and a broad overview of cross-functional processes.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and guide teams through change.
