Orderpicker Flowers

What you'll be doing
As a Flower Order Picker, you make sure florists receive their orders complete and on time. You will work for a friendly company in the Westland region, where flowers and plants are processed and shipped every day. You will spend three days a week picking orders and two days working in production. When picking orders, you collect flower orders using a voice-picking system. You wear a headset that tells you exactly which flowers to pick and how many you need. You make sure the correct quantities are placed in the right crates. The system is available in Polish, English, Dutch and Romanian. On the other two days, you work in production. You help pack and repack flowers and plants so everything is ready for shipment. You will work in a cold environment. The temperature is around 2°C in the order-picking area, while the production area is slightly warmer. In return, you can work here all year round at a company with a friendly atmosphere. Everyone has lunch together, and on Wednesdays, the busiest day of the week, a hot meal is provided. You also regularly get to take a bunch of flowers home.

You'll receive

• A starting wage of €15.35 gross per hour
• A standard working week of 36 hours, with part-time and full-time options

The ideal candidate

• Speaks Dutch or English
• Preferably has experience in order picking or production work
• Works accurately and makes sure orders are complete
• Is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
• Works well with others and enjoys a friendly working atmosphere
• Is comfortable working in a cold environment.

Specials
The standard working week is 36 hours; part-time work is also open for discussion. You will spend three days a week using the voice-picking system and two days working in production.
